The competition for the awarding of student scholarships of the Municipality of Herceg Novi has been announced

Students who have passed all exams from the previous year of study and achieved an average grade of 9.00, persons with disabilities, members of the Roma community, beneficiaries of material security regardless of the grade average from the previous year, students who during their previous schooling were sent as children without parental care to JU Dječji dom "Mladost" Bijela regardless of the average grade from the previous year are entitled to the scholarship.

Scholarship conditions:
Students who have achieved success during their studies:
- according to the curriculum of the higher education institution where they are studying, passed all exams from the previous year of study and achieved a success index of at least 9,
- Montenegrin citizens and reside in the municipality of Herceg Novi,
- foreigners with permanent residence in Herceg Novi,
- enrolled in the semester of the study year for the first time,
- did not lose a single year during their studies,
- are not employed for an indefinite period.
Students with disabilities, members of the Roma community, beneficiaries of material security regardless of the grade point average from the previous year, with the condition that:
- Montenegrin citizens and reside in the municipality of Herceg Novi,
- foreigners who have permanent residence in the municipality of Herceg Novi,
- enrolled for the first semester of the academic year,
- have not lost a single year during their studies,
- are not employed for an indefinite period of time.
Students who, during their previous schooling, were sent as children without parental care to JU Children's Home "Mladost" Bijela, regardless of the grade average from the previous year, provided that they are:
- Montenegrin citizens,
- enrolled for the first semester of the study year,
- did not lose a single year during their studies,
- are not employed for an indefinite period of time.
The deadline for applying to the competition is 15 days from the day of publication. Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered. Submitted competition documents are not returned.
The competition application must be filled out and submitted together with the required documentation directly to the Herceg Novi Municipality office or sent by mail to the following address: Herceg Novi Municipality, Secretariat for Culture and Education, Maršala Tita Square 2, Herceg Novi.
