In the period from May 8 to 12, 2023. "4th International Staff Week" was held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, in which the dean of the Faculty of Management, prof. Dr. Irena Petrušić together with colleagues from the Adriatic University.
On the first day of the mobility program, after the opening ceremony, the professors visited the university and natural history museum. After that, a tour of the "Kangal Dog" research center, which is dedicated to a special breed of dogs from that climate, as well as "Hamidiye Park" was organized. At the end, the participants toured the historic part of the city center and were introduced to the ritual of the "whirling dervishes", a dance that represents a combination of religion, philosophy and music.
The second day of the program started with the presentation of the universities participating in the mentioned program. Presented are:

Then two workshops were organized for the participants:

• Intercultural Communication Seminar – Lect. Emre Seven
On the third day of the "4th International Staff Week" in Sivas (Turkey), the participants of the program visited the Faculty of Tourism and spoke with the dean, vice-dean and associates of the department of management and gastronomy in tourism and catering. In addition to the faculty, the professors also visited a restaurant on the lake and a hotel owned by the faculty, where students do professional practice.
During the visit, future cooperation between the universities was agreed in the direction of co-organization of scientific congresses and conferences, exchange of students and teaching staff, as well as research work.
