The Herceg Novi Faculty of Management successfully organized the IV International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology - COAST 2025 (International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology), in the period from June 4 to June 7, 2025 at the Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort in Herceg Novi. This conference brought together researchers, academics and experts from different fields for the fourth time.
The conference had an interdisciplinary character and was dedicated to the exchange of knowledge, experiences and innovations through a wide range of scientific fields - from engineering, technology and information systems, through natural sciences, all the way to social, humanistic and legal disciplines. Special attention was paid to the topics of sustainable development, energy efficiency
and education in the digital age.
Papers and posters of the participants were presented in thematic sessions, with constructive discussions and comments that further enriched the scientific contribution of the conference. In addition to the formal program, COAST 2025 also offered a rich social content through a welcome cocktail, a formal gala dinner and an organized tourist excursion, which allowed the participants to connect in an informal environment, exchanging ideas and creating the basis for future
cooperation.

The Faculty of Management Herceg Novi expresses its gratitude to all participants who contributed to the high quality of this year's conference, with their knowledge, research and willingness to dialogue.
