APPLICATION PERIOD
Students can apply for Erasmus+ mobility in the period from February 1 to April 1.
ACADEMIC CALENDAR (ERASMUS)
- Beginning of the winter semester: mid-September
- Start of summer semester: beginning of February
- An intensive Spanish language course is organized a week before the start of classes
- On the first day of classes, a Welcome Day is held for Erasmus students
- The stay will be during the first semester of the academic year 2026/2027, and we offer a total of 10 places.
DURATION AND TYPES OF MOBILITY
- One semester
- The entire academic year
ECTS SYSTEM
- 60 ECTS = one academic year
- 30 ECTS = one semester
- 1 ECTS = 25 hours of student work
- Acknowledgment of obligations is based on the Learning Agreement
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION
- Classes are held in Spanish and English
- A minimum B1 level is required for teaching in Spanish
- Courses are available that are conducted entirely in English
- Compulsory course for Erasmus students:
Skills for the 21st Century: SDGs and Multiculturality (3 ECTS)
LANGUAGE SUPPORT
- Free intensive Spanish language course before the start of the semester
- Course Spanish Language and Culture (3 ECTS, semester)
STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
- Attendance at classes is mandatory
- A large number of absences may lead to the loss of the right to take the exam
- Exam dates cannot be changed, except in justified cases
HEALTH INSURANCE
- EU students: European health insurance card
- Non-EU students: mandatory private health insurance
- The insurance must be valid during the entire period of mobility
