Dear future students of the Faculty of Management - Herceg Novi, it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you on behalf of all employees at our faculty.

From its establishment until today, the Faculty of Management has successfully connected and harmonized higher education in the field of management with the demands and needs of the economy and society, keeping pace with all important achievements in the field of management.

The faculty is licensed and reaccredited for modern study programs of basic academic studies in the fields of: Management in tourism and hotel management, Management in finance, accounting and banking, Management in taxes, customs and insurance, and Management in business informatics and electronic business. In addition, the study program of postgraduate specialist and master's studies in the field of Business Management, for which the Faculty is also accredited and licensed, gives our students an enviable breadth of education, highly professional knowledge and complete intellectual development. Spacious and modernly equipped amphitheatres, classrooms, computer room, library create conditions for a high level of quality in the teaching process as well as for scientific and research work.

Our goal is to, with high criteria and European study standards in accordance with the Bologna Declaration, provide effective education and maintain a high quality of the teaching process, which, during the evaluation process, was also recognized by the EUA (European University Association) - IEP (Institutional Evaluation Programme) and the Faculty earned the right to bear the Logo of this renowned European institution on its documents, as a sign of recognition of exceptional quality.

The strength of the Faculty rests, above all, on competent and extremely motivated teachers and associates, who are the key bearer of all activities at the Faculty. In addition, the quality of the teaching process is also contributed by the engagement of a large number of teachers and associates who are recognized experts in their fields in Montenegro and beyond. Enthusiasm and new perspectives of young teachers, along with the rich experience of mature generations, are a valuable starting point for the development of the faculty.

For many years, through its vision and mission, the Faculty of Management in Herceg Novi proves its commitment to encouraging and achieving excellence in its activities as important prerequisites for achieving progress and competitiveness of the society in which it lives and works.

It is our wish to recognize and awaken ambition and intellectual curiosity in you, young people, sure that after completing your studies you will be able to successfully apply the acquired knowledge in business practice, and in this way to assert yourself professionally and to be the initiator and bearer of development and positive changes in your country and region.
