Representatives of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi were part of the Transnational Project Meeting within the Erasmus+ CBHE project HAWKING (No. 101128741). The meeting was held from September 10 to 13, 2025 at Necmettin Erbakan University in Konya. During three days of work with partners from fifteen universities and organizations from the region and the European Union, we discussed the results of the project so far, planned the next activities and visited two important institutions in Konya: SOBE center, which provides support for people with special needs (special focus on children and adults with autism), and SIA - Social Innovation Agency, which helps students in the preparation and implementation of projects. In addition to the work part, the hosts also organized a tour of Konje's cultural sights, including a traditional dervish ceremony. The Faculty of Management in Herceg Novi is also organizing our language course for foreigners this year, which starts on Monday, August 25. The course is mandatory for all students who do not come from our speaking area, and attendance is free for students of the Faculty. The course provides support in mastering the language and is an important step towards successful studies and everyday coping. In addition to students, the course is open to all interested citizens. On June 19 and 20, Vilnius University hosted a series of workshops within the Erasmus+ project GEAR (Gender Equality in Academia and Research). The workshops held focused on the development of university toolkits for gender equality and work-life balance, with monitoring and evaluation instruments. A special emphasis was placed on the development of tools for critical thinking and strengthening gender equality intended for (female) teachers and researchers. This study visit contributed to the exchange of knowledge and experiences with the aim of improving gender equality at universities.

The Herceg Novi Faculty of Management successfully organized the IV International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology - COAST 2025 (International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology), in the period from June 4 to 7, 2025, in Herceg Novi. This conference brought together researchers, academics and experts from different fields for the fourth time. One of the significant moments of the conference was the presentation of the Erasmus+ project GEAR (Gender Equality in Academia and Research), which the Faculty of Management implements as a coordinating institution, in cooperation with partners from Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Lithuania. The GEAR project is aimed at solving the challenges of gender inequality in education, science and employment, with a special focus on strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. The Herceg Novi Faculty of Management successfully organized the IV International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology - COAST 2025 (International Conference on Advances in Science and Technology), in the period from June 4 to June 7, 2025 at the Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort in Herceg Novi. This conference brought together researchers, academics and experts from different fields for the fourth time. The conference had an interdisciplinary character and was dedicated to the exchange of knowledge, experiences and innovations through a wide range of scientific fields - from engineering, technology and information systems, through natural sciences, all the way to social, humanistic and legal disciplines. Special attention was paid to the topics of sustainable development, energy efficiency and education in the digital age. Papers and posters of the participants were presented in thematic sessions, with constructive discussions and comments that further enriched the scientific contribution of the conference. Faculty of Management Herceg Novi opens the pre-registration period for the academic year 2025/26. year, which will last from June 2 to 13, 2025. During that period, all interested candidates have the opportunity to secure their place at the modern faculty, with the possibility of significant discounts on tuition fees. The faculty offers basic, specialist and master's studies, fully aligned with the Bologna Declaration. Diplomas are accredited and recognized at the national and international level, and the curricula, programs and space fully correspond to modern European standards. All teaching materials are available through the Faculty's e-platform, and tuition is paid in installments. Candidates enrolling in the first year of undergraduate studies, candidates enrolling in specialist studies, and candidates enrolling in the first year of master's studies are entitled to a discount during the pre-registration period. The discount also applies to candidates enrolling in the second year of master's studies, if they have previously completed four-year basic or specialist studies.
