At the beginning of each calendar year, the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education of Montenegro publishes a Public Call for the application of experts that we engage in the procedures for accreditation of study programs and reaccreditation of institutions of higher education. The public call is open throughout the year, and the list is updated at the end of each quarter. In the processes of reaccreditation of institutions of higher education and in accordance with European standards and guidelines as well as by-laws of the Agency, one member of the Commission should be a student representative. His role in this process is to actively contribute to the highest quality and efficient implementation of the reaccreditation procedure as well as to ensure and improve quality in the area of ​​evaluation. Representatives of the Faculty of Management, a partner in the Erasmus+ project GROWTH (Greening Relevance in Operations in Western-Balkan Tertiary-Education Habitats), attended a meeting and practical training in Slovakia in the period from 16 to 17 October 2023. year. The host of the aforementioned training was the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra - SUA. The project is aimed at supporting the environmental efforts of the countries of the Western Balkans, and in addition to our university, partners from four other countries are participating in the project: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany and Slovakia. In front of the Faculty of Management, the meeting in Slovakia was attended by prof. Dr. Irena Petrušić, prof. Dr. Jovana Jovanović and MSc Sanja Samardžić.

The Faculty of Management, Herceg Novi, as the coordinator, applied for the Erasmus+ project GEAR: Gender Equality in Academia and Research (GEAR - 101129408), whose goal is the development and implementation of gender equality at institutions of higher education in research and science, as well as strengthening and encouraging the participation of women in STE(A)M studies. In addition to the above, the Faculty also applied as a member of the consortium for the project HAWKING: Harvesting (digital) Alteration in Ways that Knock-down Inaccessibility of New Generations (HAWKING - 101128741), whose coordinator is the University of Montenegro. The Confucius Institute at the University of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Center for Cooperation and Education of Chinese and Foreign Languages ​​and Changsha University of Science and Technology, organized an educational and cultural visit of the delegation from Montenegro to China under the name "Chinese Bridge", in the period from July 3 to 12, 2023. In addition to the director of the Confucius Institute at UCG, prof. Gao Qinglong and Prof. Milena Lipovina Božović, and Institute secretary Tamara Bulatović, who led the Montenegrin delegation, ten representatives of higher education institutions, as well as primary and secondary schools in Montenegro with which the Confucius Institute cooperates, participated in the educational visit. Students of the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi have successfully completed a multi-day training entitled "Young leaders of digital marketing in the field of sustainable development", which was organized by the NGO Center for Support of Local and Regional Development CeP within the Erasmus+ CBY project "Youth leaders of digital marketing for the Sustainable Development Goals - YouCOME". Representatives of local institutions, associations and organizations had the opportunity to be informed about the status of Montenegro in reaching the 17 goals of sustainable development, as well as how they can personally contribute to improving the situation and promoting them in their local communities. The "YouCOME" project aims to generate and spread knowledge about sustainability and social responsibility through formal and informal education in the field of digital marketing.

Students of the Confucius Classroom of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi won the main prize in the university category at the preliminary competition of Montenegro in the Chinese language "Chinese Bridge 2023". On May 24, 2023, in the afternoon, four students of the Confucius Classroom of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi attended the 2023 Chinese language competition "Chinese Bridge", the preliminary competition of Montenegro, organized by the Confucius Institute of the University of Montenegro. The competition was divided into three levels: primary, secondary and university, with a total of 16 participants from different regions of Montenegro. Through Chinese language speeches, knowledge quizzes and talent shows, the contestants demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the Chinese language and culture. We inform students of postgraduate specialist and master's studies at the Faculty of Management that the application for the Erasmus+ student exchange program for the winter semester 2023/24 is underway. in Turkey (Sivas Cumhuriyet University). In the period from May 8 to 12, 2023. "4th International Staff Week" was held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, in which the dean of the Faculty of Management, prof. Dr. Irena Petrušić together with colleagues from the Adriatic University. On the first day of the mobility program, after the opening ceremony, the professors visited the university and natural history museum. After that, a tour of the "Kangal Dog" research center, which is dedicated to a special breed of dogs from that climate, as well as "Hamidiye Park" was organized. At the end, the participants toured the historic part of the city center and were introduced to the ritual of the "whirling dervishes", a dance that represents a combination of religion, philosophy and music.
