Students of the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi have successfully completed a multi-day training entitled "Young leaders of digital marketing in the field of sustainable development", which was organized by the NGO Center for Support of Local and Regional Development CeP within the Erasmus+ CBY project "Youth leaders of digital marketing for the Sustainable Development Goals - YouCOME". Representatives of local institutions, associations and organizations had the opportunity to be informed about the status of Montenegro in reaching the 17 goals of sustainable development, as well as how they can personally contribute to improving the situation and promoting them in their local communities. The "YouCOME" project aims to generate and spread knowledge about sustainability and social responsibility through formal and informal education in the field of digital marketing.

Students of the Confucius Classroom of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi won the main prize in the university category at the preliminary competition of Montenegro in the Chinese language "Chinese Bridge 2023". On May 24, 2023, in the afternoon, four students of the Confucius Classroom of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi attended the 2023 Chinese language competition "Chinese Bridge", the preliminary competition of Montenegro, organized by the Confucius Institute of the University of Montenegro. The competition was divided into three levels: primary, secondary and university, with a total of 16 participants from different regions of Montenegro. Through Chinese language speeches, knowledge quizzes and talent shows, the contestants demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the Chinese language and culture. We inform students of postgraduate specialist and master's studies at the Faculty of Management that the application for the Erasmus+ student exchange program for the winter semester 2023/24 is underway. in Turkey (Sivas Cumhuriyet University). The exchange period must be completed from September 15, 2023 to February 15, 2024. The application deadline is June 13, 2023. More information can be found in the invitation.

In the period from May 8 to 12, 2023. "4th International Staff Week" was held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, in which the dean of the Faculty of Management, prof. Dr. Irena Petrušić together with colleagues from the Adriatic University. On the first day of the mobility program, after the opening ceremony, the professors visited the university and natural history museum. After that, a tour of the "Kangal Dog" research center, which is dedicated to a special breed of dogs from that climate, as well as "Hamidiye Park" was organized. At the end, the participants toured the historic part of the city center and were introduced to the ritual of the "whirling dervishes", a dance that represents a combination of religion, philosophy and music. The focus of this year's competition was social activism, with students and high school students tasked with creating marketing strategies on the topic of DIGITAL MARKETING INNOVATIONS AND THE NGO SECTOR. Participants had the opportunity to show their creativity and innovation by devising marketing strategies for one of the non-governmental organizations of their choice. In the final part of the competition, which was held on April 11, 2023. seven teams participated at the Faculty of Management. The first place in the competition was won by the team of the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management PMC Jelena Šarčev, Dušan Devedžić, Teodora Batoćanin and Eva Miljković. The goal of the sixth Marketing Challenge competition is to educate high school students and students about the concept of social and digital marketing, as well as to increase awareness of social activism. By participating in the competition on the topic of DIGITAL MARKETING INNOVATIONS AND THE NGO SECTOR, participants will have the opportunity to create digital marketing strategies for one of the non-governmental organizations of their choice. Contestants will demonstrate their creativity and innovation, devising marketing strategies for promotion through digital media. Competitors will acquire knowledge and skills, which they did not have the opportunity to encounter when studying the theoretical aspects of marketing in formal education, and which will be an additional asset when they are employed after completing their studies. All high school students and students of basic and postgraduate specialist and master's studies in the field of economics and tourism have the right to participate. On Thursday and Friday, November 24 and 25, 2022, in Čakovec and Sveti Martin na Mura, Croatia, the 3rd international scientific and professional conference on the topic of rural tourism development - RRT 2022 was held, the organizers of which were: Vimal Academy - International Center for the Development of Human Resources and the Tourism Board of Međimurje County, while the Herceg Novi Faculty of Management was one of the partners of the RRT conference. On the first day of the conference, the best student works from the previously held field lesson were presented and awarded, in which 60 students from eight higher education institutions from Croatia and Slovenia visited four tourist destinations in Međimurje.
