CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION

The center was founded with the aim of enabling healthcare workers and associates to improve their knowledge, skills and professional competence in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, stomatology and related branches. The framework of general level competences includes: providing health care, solving clinical problems, personal competences, management and organizational competences.

Continuing medical education (CME) will take place through the organization of live events (expert meetings, seminars, courses, symposia), written publications, online programs, audio, video or other electronic media.

The content, types, programs and work procedures of the Center for Continuing Medical Education are regulated by the Center's Program Council, in cooperation with academic and other institutions that perform CME in the country and abroad. In addition, the Center's Program Council evaluates the educational process and analyzes educational needs in accordance with the regulations on the implementation of continuous medical education of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro, the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Montenegro, the Dental Chamber of Montenegro and the Chamber of Physiotherapists of Montenegro.
