Enrollment in the first year of undergraduate studies

The right to enroll in the first year of basic academic studies is available to candidates who have completed a four-year education, as well as candidates transferring from another faculty/high school. Enrollment will be done every working day in the Student Service of the Faculty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the following enrollment periods: I period from June 15 to 30, II period from 01. until July 29 and the third period from August 3 to 28, 2026. The candidate is obliged to submit an application for enrollment and attach the following documents:

• Application form for enrollment (you can download it here,
• Two ŠV-20 forms (filled in at the Faculty or purchased in a bookstore),
• Original or certified photocopies of certificates of all high school grades,
• Original or certified photocopy of high school diploma,
• Copy of ID card,
• Certificate of citizenship and copy of passport (in case of a foreign citizen),
• Original or certified copy of the diploma "Luča I" or "Luča II" or its equivalent diploma (if the candidate has them),
• 2 photos for index size 4×6,
• Payment slip for the index in the amount of €10.00 to giro account 530-50126-82 (NLB Bank AD Podgorica), issued by the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi and
• Registration fee payment slip.

Candidates who have not passed the external matriculation or professional exam, take two courses of importance for continuing education, in order to gain the right to enroll in the first year of undergraduate studies.

Required documents for students transferring from other faculties:

• Application form for enrollment (you can download it here),
• Two ŠV-20 forms (filled in at the Faculty or purchased in a bookstore),
• Certificate of passed exams,
• Copy of ID card,
• Certificate of citizenship and copy of passport (in case of a foreign citizen),
• 2 photos for index size 4×6 i
• Payment slip for the index in the amount of €10.00 to giro account 530-50126-82 (NLB Bank AD Podgorica), issued by the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi and
• Registration fee payment slip.

Tuition

Students who enroll in the 1st year, as well as students who transfer from other faculties, pay tuition in the manner shown below.

The tuition fee for each study year of basic academic studies is €1,500.

Payment method:

• the amount of the tuition fee is paid through the advance part in the amount of €300 and the rest in 6 equal monthly installments to the current account of the Faculty,
• students who enroll in the pre-registration period until May 27, 2026, receive a 10% discount,
• students who pay the entire tuition fee upon enrollment are entitled to a 10% discount.

Benefits for students with the best GPA:

• candidates who hold the "Luča I" diploma are exempt from paying tuition fees for the first year of study,
• candidates who have "Luča II" pay 50% of the tuition for the first year of study.
