    Certificate of passed exams


    In this field, attach a document of a scanned certificate of passed exams. If the certificate is on one page, you can attach it as an image, and if the certificate has several pages, attach them in one PDF document.

    I hereby accept that the application process is not fully completed, and that for this purpose I will subsequently submit to the Faculty: certificate of passed exams (original); a copy of the identity card, certificate of citizenship and a copy of the passport (if it is a foreign citizen), 2 photos for the index.
