Enrollment in the second year of undergraduate studies

Enrollment of students in the second year of study at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi, who are studying at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi and who have acquired the right to enroll in the second year, will take place in the following terms: I term from June 15 to 30, II term from July 1 to 29 and III term from August 3 to 28, 2026. Enrollment will take place every working day in the Student Service of the Faculty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Payment terms:

  • the tuition amount is paid through an advance part in the amount of €300 and the rest in 6 equal monthly installments to the current account of the Faculty;
  • students who pay the entire tuition fee when enrolling receive a 10% discount.

Students are required to submit the following documentation upon enrollment:

  • Students can download the application for second year enrollment here.
  • List of courses that students apply for in 2026/2027. year students can download here,
  • Two ŠV-20 forms (filled in at the Faculty or purchased in a bookstore),
  • Index,
  • Registration fee payment slip.

Transcript of students from other faculties/higher schools

Enrollment of students in the second year of study at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi, candidates who transfer from another faculty/high school and who have acquired the right to enroll in the second year, will take place in the following enrollment periods: the first period from June 15 to 30, the second period from July 1 to 29 and the third period from August 3 to 28, 2026. Enrollment will take place every working day in the Student Service of the Faculty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Required documents for students transferring from other faculties:

  • You can download the application form here
  • Two ŠV-20 forms (filled in at the Faculty or purchased in a bookstore),
  • Certificate of passed exams,
  • Copy of ID card,
  • Certificate of citizenship and copy of passport (in case of a foreign citizen),
  • 2 photos for index size 4×6,
  • Payment slip for the index in the amount of €10.00 to giro account 530-50126-82 (NLB Banka AD Podgorica), issued by the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi,
  • Registration fee payment slip.

Students transferring from other faculties in the academic year 2026/27. year, they pay school fees as follows:

The tuition fee for each study year of basic academic studies is €1,500.

Payment method:

  • the amount of the tuition fee is paid through the advance part in the amount of €300 and the rest in 6 equal monthly installments to the current account of the Faculty,
  • students who pay the entire tuition fee when enrolling have a 10% discount.
