Enrollment in the third year of undergraduate studies

Enrollment of students in the third year of study at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi, who study at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi and who have acquired the right to enroll in the third year, will be done in the following terms: I term from June 15 to 30, II term from July 1 to 29 and III term from August 3 to 28, 2026. Registration will be done every working day in the Faculty's Student Service from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Payment terms:

  • the amount of the tuition fee is paid through the advance part in the amount of €300 and the rest in 6 equal monthly installments to the current account of the Faculty,
  • students who pay the entire tuition fee when enrolling receive a 10% discount.

Tuition payments for enrollment in basic studies must be made to:

Students are required to submit the following documentation upon enrollment:

  • Application for enrollment in the third year (you can download it here),
  • List of courses that students apply for in 2025/2026. year,
  • Two ŠV-20 forms (filled in at the Faculty or purchased in a bookstore),
  • Index,
  • Registration fee payment slip.

Transcript of students from other faculties and enrollment after the Higher School

Enrollment of students in the third year of study at the Faculty of Management from Herceg Novi, candidates transferring from another faculty or after graduating from higher education, will take place in the following enrollment periods: I period from June 15 to 30, II period from July 1 to 29 and III period from August 3 to 28, 2026. Enrollment will take place every working day in the Student Service of the Faculty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Required documents for students transferring from other faculties:

  • Certificate of passed exams (first two years of studies),
  • Copy of ID card,
  • Certificate of citizenship and copy of passport (in case of a foreign citizen),
  • 2 photos for index size 4×6,
  • Payment slip for the index in the amount of €10.00 to giro account 530-50126-82 (NLB Banka AD Podgorica), issued by the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi.

Required documents for students who have completed higher education:

  • Certificate of completion of higher education or higher education diploma (original or certified copy),
  • Certificate of passing the exams (with the specified fund of classes and ECTS credits for each subject),
  • Copy of ID card,
  • Certificate of citizenship and copy of passport (in case of a foreign citizen),
  • 2 photos for index size 4×6,
  • Payment slip for the index in the amount of €10.00 to giro account 530-50126-82 (NLB Banka AD Podgorica), issued by the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi.

Students who transfer from other faculties and students who have completed the Higher School pay the tuition fee in the following way:

The tuition fee for each study year of basic academic studies is €1,500.

Payment method:

  • the amount of the tuition fee is paid through the advance part in the amount of €300 and the rest in 8 equal monthly installments to the current account of the Faculty,
  • students who pay the entire tuition fee upon enrollment are entitled to a 10% discount,

DIPLOMA

Upon completion of each study program, a corresponding DIPLOMA and SUPPLEMENT DIPLOMA (Diploma Supplement with passed exams, grades, ECTS credits and lesson fund) is obtained in our language and in English.

Upon completion of the BASIC academic studies, a BACHELOR'S DIPLOMA (B.Sci) is obtained in management of the corresponding field of study:

  • Tourism and hospitality
  • Finance, accounting and banking
  • Taxes, customs and insurance
  • Business informatics and electronic business
All study programs are in accordance with the Bologna Declaration and last six semesters (three years) and amount to 180 ECTS credits.

EMPLOYMENT

Graduated students of the Faculty of Management in Herceg Novi can continue their business career in the field of management, primarily in:

  • tourist - hotel companies and agencies,
  • financial institutions that include banks, insurance companies, pension funds, brokerage houses, financial sectors of companies,
  • agencies, companies and public enterprises in the field of customs, taxation and insurance,
  • institutions, organizations and agencies dealing with business IT.
