Open Erasmus+ KA171 mobility for students of the Faculty of Management - Poland 2026/2027

Faculty of Management Herceg Novi received an official invitation to participate in the Erasmus+ KA171 mobility project with a partner institution - Lublin University of Technology in the city of Lublin.
As part of this project, students of the Faculty of Management are offered two scholarships for study mobility during the academic year 2026/2027.
The Erasmus+ KA171 program enables mobility between member states of the European Union and partner countries, with the aim of strengthening international cooperation, knowledge exchange and the development of intercultural and professional competences of students.
What does mobility mean?
Students will have the opportunity to:
  • attend classes in English,
  • gain the experience of studying in an international environment,
  • develop professional and personal competencies,
  • improve knowledge of a foreign language,
  • expand the network of international contacts.
Student support
The program provides:
  • financial support within the Erasmus+ program
  • guaranteed accommodation in a student dormitory,
  • administrative and academic support upon arrival,
  • assistance of the Office of International Education team of the partner university during the entire period of mobility.
Lublin represents one of the most important university centers in Poland, with a developed student infrastructure and a strong international orientation.

This mobility represents a continuation of the process of internationalization of the Faculty of Management Herceg Novi and an additional opportunity for students to enrich their education with international experience.

The Faculty of Management Herceg Novi announces a call for applications for exchange students within the Erasmus+ KA171 program between the University "Adriatik" Bar and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) from Sofia, Bulgaria.

About the program

Erasmus+ KA171 enables students from Montenegro to spend one semester at a partner university abroad, gain international academic experience, improve language skills and develop personal and professional competencies.

The partnership between the University "Adriatik" Bar and UNWE Sofia was approved until July 30, 2027, and foresees 2 student mobility from Montenegro to Bulgaria.

Duration of mobility

Mobility takes place in the summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026. year, which at UNWE lasts from January 26 to June 17, 2026.

Application requirements

The right to participate is for undergraduate students (Bachelor level), especially from study programs in the fields of:

  • Economy,
  • Management,
  • Business administration and related fields

Required documentation

Candidates are required to submit:

  1. Application form (will be published with the invitation),
  2. CV in English,
  3. Motivation letter,
  4. A copy of your passport,
  5. Confirmation of enrollment in studies,
  6. Transcript of grades in English.

APPLICATION PERIOD

Students can apply for Erasmus+ mobility in the period from February 1 to April 1.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR (ERASMUS)

  • Beginning of the winter semester: mid-September
  • Start of summer semester: beginning of February
  • An intensive Spanish language course is organized a week before the start of classes
  • On the first day of classes, a Welcome Day is held for Erasmus students

    Skills for the 21st Century: SDGs and Multiculturality (3 ECTS)

LANGUAGE SUPPORT

  • Free intensive Spanish language course before the start of the semester
  • Course Spanish Language and Culture (3 ECTS, semester)

STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

  • Attendance at classes is mandatory
  • A large number of absences may lead to the loss of the right to take the exam
  • Exam dates cannot be changed, except in justified cases

HEALTH INSURANCE

  • EU students: European health insurance card
  • Non-EU students: mandatory private health insurance
  • The insurance must be valid during the entire period of mobility

The Konrad Adenauer scholarship competition is open

The German Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) is awarding scholarships for the academic year 2024/25. year to socially and politically engaged and gifted students in their final year of the faculty, postgraduates and doctoral students studying in Montenegro.

Students from the 3rd year of study (from September 2024), as well as postgraduates and doctoral students, can exercise the right to a scholarship. The minimum average for studies is 8.5. A good knowledge of English or German is necessary, and the age limit of the candidate is 30 years. The candidate must not be employed.

The deadline for submitting the application is June 10, 2024. Students who are shortlisted will be invited to an interview (in Montenegrin and English) with members of the scholarship awarding committee.

Students who pass the selection process will be provided with financial support in the amount of 150 euros per month for 10 months. Beneficiaries of the scholarship are obliged to provide KAS with proof of the course of their studies. In case of interruption of studies, scholarship recipients are obliged to refund the entire amount of money. In addition to financial support, scholarship holders are also able to attend seminars and other activities organized by KAS.

Required documentation (to be submitted in the Montenegrin language, unless otherwise indicated):

  3. Motivational letter in English
  4. Certificate of passed exams (for postgraduate/doctoral studies, a photocopy of the diploma from basic studies and a certificate of enrollment in postgraduate/doctoral studies must be submitted)
  5. Two academic recommendations
  6. One recommendation related to social or political engagement (recommendation from a party, NGO or student organization - depending on the type of engagement)
  7. A recent photo (LC or passport format)
  8. Other diplomas, certificates - photocopies

Interested candidates can submit their documentation by  June 10, 2024 in person or by mail to the address: Central Point - Arsenija Boljevića, entrance no. 3, 81 000 Podgorica. Submission of documentation electronically is not possible, and incomplete candidate documentation will not be considered. Recommendations must be on the faculty's letterhead and signed by the professor.

All candidates who will apply for a scholarship will be informed about the official results of the competition no later than 20 days after the election. Candidates are informed about the results of the competition via e-mail and individual explanations are not provided for why the candidate was not accepted into the program. After the selection of new scholarship recipients, the candidate's documentation is kept at the Foundation for a maximum of 3 months after the selection, and the candidate can pick it up in person or, upon request, it can be returned to him by mail.


Scholarships of the Slovak Republic for the academic year 2024/25. a year

We inform interested candidates that the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic has announced a call for mobility scholarships for undergraduate, master's and doctoral students from a number of countries, including Montenegro, during the academic year 2024/25. year, on the basis of a bilateral agreement on cooperation between the two countries. The scholarships refer to study stays lasting from 3 to 10 months, which should be realized in the period from September 15, 2024 to August 30, 2025.

The scholarship can only be used during the defined implementation period and cannot be postponed for the next academic year. year is as follows:

  • For undergraduate and master's students: EUR 620.00 per month;
  • For doctoral students: EUR 1,025.50 per month.

  • Detailed plan and program of the study or research stay;

Complete documentation must be in English, Slovak or Czech. Since Slovak (and Czech) is the working language of institutions in the Slovak Republic, if the candidate does not know this language and submits an application in English, it is necessary to indicate the level of knowledge of the English language in the application form (and, if possible, submit an official certificate of this).

Postdoctoral scholarships for the year 2023 within the framework of the Marija Sklodovska Curie action are aimed at providing support for strengthening the creative and innovative potential of researchers who have completed doctoral studies and who want to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility. Funding is available to researchers willing to pursue research and innovation projects in Europe and worldwide, both in the academic and non-academic sectors.

There are 2 types of postdoctoral fellowships:

  • European postdoctoral scholarships - are open to researchers who will implement mobility in Europe with the aim of continuing their research career. These scholarships should be implemented in an EU member state or a country associated with the Horizon Europe program and can last between 1 and 2 years.
  • Global postdoctoral fellowships - include funding for the mobility of researchers outside of Europe. The scholarship lasts from 2 to 3 years, of which the first period, lasting 1 or 2 years, should be in a third country that is not affiliated to the HE program, followed by a mandatory phase of returning to an organization based in an EU member state or a country affiliated to the Horizon Europe program for a period of one year.

Stefan Banach scholarship program in Poland in the academic year 2023/2024

The Ministry of Education informs interested candidates about the possibility of applying for the Stefan Banach Scholarship Program in Poland in the academic year 2023/2024.

The program aims to support the socio-economic development of developing countries by raising the level of knowledge and education in those countries. It is a joint initiative of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), which is implemented as part of the Polish Development Assistance Program. The patron of the Program is Stefan Banach, a prominent Polish mathematician, co-founder of the School of Mathematics in Lviv and the Department of Mathematics - Functional Analysis.

The program offers the possibility of master's studies in the fields of engineering, technology, agriculture and natural sciences at state universities.
