Europass CV is a standard in CV writing, which aims to increase the transparency of a candidate's qualifications when applying for a job or scholarship. It is intended to contain information describing acquired work experience, skills and education, with all supporting documentation.
A motivation letter is a document that always accompanies your CV. Its purpose is to present your motivation and reasons for applying for the job/scholarship.
