The goals of establishing the Student Parliament at the Faculty of Management in Herceg Novi are:
- realizing and protecting the rights and interests of students;
- initiating an initiative to adopt or change regulations of interest to students;
- launching an initiative to consider issues of interest to students at the sessions of the Faculty Council and the Board of Directors;
- consideration of issues and implementation of programs in the field of higher education, science, culture and other areas of importance for students;
- consideration of issues and implementation of programs of importance for the socio-economic position of students;
- cooperation with institutions, institutions and organizations important for the position of students;
- performing other tasks in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and the Statute of the Faculty.

Representatives for the bodies of the Student Parliament for 2025/26. study year are:
- The President of the Parliament, Miodrag Jablan, 5th year, is automatically a member of the Board of Directors of the Faculty.
- Student trustee at the Faculty, Mirjana Lijanić, 3rd year, automatically is a member of the Faculty Council.
- Member of the Student Parliament, Kirill Zenov, 1st year, is responsible for cooperation with student organizations, and also has the function of coordinator for cooperation with student organizations.
- Member of the Student Parliament, Katarina Jablan, 2nd year, is responsible for international cooperation and exchange of students, and has the function of coordinator for international cooperation,
- Member of the Student Parliament, Igor Baltić, 4th year, is responsible for coordinating the work of the student councils of the year and cooperation with student organizations operating at the Faculty, and also has the function of coordinator for the student councils of the year
