The Faculty of Management Herceg Novi adopted the Gender Equality Plan 2025-2030 (GEP 2025-2030), which confirms its commitment to the development of an inclusive and fair academic community.
The plan establishes a systemic approach to promoting gender equality, preventing discrimination and supporting equal opportunities for all faculty members. The focus is on equal access to education, employment, advancement and participation in decision-making, as well as on removing subtle barriers and stereotypes.
This plan was created as part of the Erasmus+ project GEAR, in which the Faculty of Management is the coordinator. By implementing GEP, the Faculty contributes to the creation of an open, safe and supportive academic environment, in accordance with national legislation and European standards. The plan will be a living document, a tool for monitoring progress and continuous improvement of gender equality in the coming years.
